Who Holds Responsibility for Our Own Feelings? The title of this post might seem like an obvious question! Who holds responsibility for our own feelings?

Sharon, you really helped us when we were all trying our best but not understanding how to help ourselves or what was really happening with our son’s anxiety. I have never been so relieved and thankful for the support and help you gave to our son, and to our family. We learned so much through that and will maintain our awareness and personal growth.
