I formed a bad habit of biting, peeling, and eating the skin off my fingertips when I was 7 years old. People would stare at my fingertips and in one glance would want to throw up. In an attempt to break the habit, I tried several different solutions, but even putting extremely spicy hot sauce on my fingers wouldn’t stop me. Hypnotherapy is therapy with hypnosis but not like stage hypnosis. You will be fully awake and know exactly what you are saying and doing. You will also be in a deeply relaxed state, have your subconscious mind open to suggestions, and understand the root cause of your issues. Then, through hypnotherapy, I will help you reprogram and change your restricting beliefs. We can focus on positive, new ideas and new habits will be identified and formed.
Results are usually achieved at a rapid pace. You will then be given a personalized recording to listen to for 21 days, once or twice a day. This will transform you from your limited beliefs, whether it is a mental or physical issue. Listening to this recording is essential to your long-term success, as this is how you rewire your brain to accept the new, healthy self-beliefs that will free you from previous negative self-beliefs and/or patterns of behaviour.

Hypnotherapy works really work with very young children, because children are naturally open to suggestions. For example, for two year olds, the focus would be on creating a beautiful 10-15 minute recording for them to listen to every night or every day for 21 days, specifically focussed on an imagination story that frees them of their struggles. For children ages 7yrs. +, it is likely that as part of the hypnosis, I will also regress the child to see what scenes from childhood the child remembers which are subconsciously connected to the root, the reason, and the cause of their specific struggle they are facing now.

A session for a child or teen is typically 85 minutes long for the initial session, which includes hypnotherapy and the personalized audio recording. For an adult, it often takes 1 hour and 55 minutes for an initial session.
The client then needs to commit to listening to the personalized recording every day or night for 21 days. The recording for a young child is 10-15 minutes. The recording for an adult is 15-20 minutes. The recording is designed to be transformational. Listening to the recording for 21 days is the key to being free of old, negative self-beliefs and installing new, empowering positive self-beliefs. (It’s okay if you fall asleep during the recording, your subconscious will still hear the positive, self-empowering messages.). Clients love listening to their recordings because it’s all about them and how capable they are.
After one week, I will call you or your child for ten minutes to follow-up and check in that listening to the recording every day is going well. After the second week, I will do another ten-minute follow-up phone call. On day 21 (or as close as possible), there is a one-hour session to do a thorough follow-up and go deeper with understanding your previous patterns and how they no longer serve a purpose.
Total price for a child or teen: 1.5-hour session + personalized audio recording + 55-minute follow-up session = $500 + GST. For 2 hour session + personalized audio recording + 55 min. follow-up = $600 + GST
Total price for an adult: 1 hour and 55-minute initial session + personalized audio recording + 55-minute follow-up session = $600 + GST
For some clients, the above package is all you need. For some clients, who have multiple or more complex issues, you may need to repeat the above process so we can focus on a different aspect of your struggles.
It is usually estimated that a person can be free of their struggles in 1 – 3 full hypnotherapy sessions, which is much quicker than traditional talk therapy. A second hypnotherapy session would not occur until the 21 days of listening to the recording had been completed from the first session.
